Just want to share what a pleasure it has been to use this caring support service in a crisis situation - having never used an agency in over 30yrs at my care home. However when Covid reared it’s head and staff & clients were having to isolate, some quite poorly, coupled with all the extra work an outbreak like this creates then it was time to call in help. Having been recommended this agency by a friend I was pleasantly surprised at how supportive and effective Danielle was in supplying staff at such short notice. The staff that we had were lovely, competent and all had previous experience in care, several of them worked numerous shifts so they became familiar with the home and clients. I was so grateful for the support we had and in the future will consider using this agency again when such things as ‘holidays’ or Christmas celebrations become the normality. Can’t thank them enough.

The staff we have had from this agency have been excellent. I have had experiences with many agency firms in the past and have had many bad experiences however the re-occurring problems we had with the other agencies are not an issue with to me to you. They have sent thorough, hard-working, experienced workers and the residents and staff have really bonded with them. The company is honest, straight forward and make no false promises. All a registered provider could ask for and a little bit more. We use To Me To You Support Ltd to provide staffing cover for our care homes if our regular staff are unavailable.
