First time visiting a Quincy's, we don't have this chain where I live. It was a little confusing first walking in, we weren't sure if we ordered first, or if we waited to be seated or what. We figured it out, got in line, ordered, found seats and waited for our food. I gotta say, reading some of these other reviews, it's very obvious that most people don't have a clue what goes in to running a business, especially first starting out. It takes time, money, dedication, and endless hours to get it up and going. It also takes a dedicated staff who want to be there. I can agree with some, the cleanliness could've been a little better, but as far as the decor being outdated or the floor being dirty, give the guy time! The owner came out and greeted us while we were waiting on our food, and he seemed like a pretty nice guy who wanted to make his customers happy. The food wasn't bad, especially for the price, the highlight of our evening was our server... VERY sweet young lady, I believe her name was Sara. She was getting ready to go on a trip to Florida the next day, and I don't know if it was the vacation virus that had her all kinds of happy, but this young lady was spot on in every way possible. Very professional, very sweet, wonderful personality!! She was tipped well, because she deserved every bit if it. I wish I had service like that every time I went out for food! I hope that the people giving the bad reviews will be willing to give this place another chance down the road. It takes so much to get a business going, even if it's been open before. It's a huge commitment that takes a lot of money and time to get going, at the same time I do hope the owner reads these reviews and does what he can to address the problems people are complaining about! I would love to see this place do well! To our server, if you ever read this, God bless you!! Thank you for being so great at what you do!! Have fun in Florida!!
