WiFi continuously goes out. Took a week last time for them to come to my place to fix it, received no comp after billing told me that they would. Lack of communication between staff. Go with Windstream, this company is not worth it.

Pay for \up to\ 50 mbps, average 11. 3 TVs in the house, they all show different channels. Even the \techs\ couldn't figure out how to fix it. This company's service is such a shame. I now live in the metro area and if Truvista tried to bring their service there, they would be ran out of town for being so subpar. Definitely going to begin the process of having my family here drop this company and get their monies worth.
HORRIBLE SERVICE and Ridiculous Company Policies. My Modem or hard wire cable line began to fail, as I was told. The tech on the phone was only able to restart the connection from his end and nothing more - clearly very poor;y trained. I was told I needed a site visit but he was unable to give a time, or day which to expect a call or a visit from the technician. When I asked to speak the Technicians Manager or Supervisor he stated he doesn't have a way to communicate with them even though they are all employed by TruVista. He stated 24 hours ago that my ticket would be expedited which was obvious lip service to get me off the phone because today he states they only handle things in the order they are received and nothing is expedited. He stated it was against company policy to give me contact information for his or any supervisor or manager. When I asked if he is trained in customer service or care about negative reviews he stated that his job is tech support not to monitor or care about reviews. IT IS OBVIOUS WHY THIS COMPANY IS FAILING. Their policies obviously reflect extremely poor leadership, customer service skills and a complete lack of company goals to provide even decent customer service. THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY A COMMUNICATION MONOPOLY or ANY MONOPOLY IS AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. It prevents companies like this from treating its customers poorly and billing them without providing what they are charging for. We pay for 25 Mbps and I have NEVER EVEN SEEN HALF OF THAT!... Even Wind-stream was better than this. Lets see if they care enough to reply or reach out to make this right... if they do I will update my review.... They only got a 1 because 0 wasn't an option.
My cable service has been out since last Thursday. It is impossible to reach a customer service rep on the phone. I am currently on hold to speak to one and have been for the past 45 minutes.....still waiting. Perhaps if their service wasn't so poor their phone lines would not be as busy...just a thought.
I received the greatest customer service that I have experienced in the last three decades from any and all companies that I have had to deal with. I needed repairs and the representative stayed in contact with me all through the day,, until the problem was completed. Great Service !!!
