I do not understand why this restaurant should receive bad reviews. We live in Todi and have returned again and again and have never been disappointed. The cooking is inventive and to a very high standard. It is one of the restaurants that we use for those 'special' occasions. We appreciate both for the quality of the cooking and ingredients and the variety and the successful originality of the blend of flavours in the antipasti. The souffle and the hot melted cheese dish are exceptional.
