Such a great facility, the staff makes a difference as they are super professional but yet friendly. I would suggest them having a shower head outside the sauna, that would make the place close to perfect. Also it would be nice to book for 30 minutes of sauna and hot tub for each group rather than trying to juggle between 2 different parties sharing the sauna and the tub Overall, this is an awesome place to check out in Tofino

The surf lesson and day of surfing was by far one of our best experiences on this trip to Tofino! Our group had Josh who was an amazing instructor. We all ended the lesson feeling confident to keep enjoying a day out on the waves. The facilities were also amazing, and such a great value that they were all provided. Will definitely return here in the future!

Sister and I had an amazing a nice instructor name Chance. We had so much fun learning to surf and learned a lot about safety. The frontdesk staff Josh was extremely nice and helpful too! Easy to book. Loved the showers and hottub. We will definitely be returning to rent!

One of the best places in Tofino to rent gear. They have change rooms with showers, a hot tub, and a sauna. You only pay slightly more than other surf rental shops yet having the hot tub after a cold day surfing makes it worth it. I don’t know if I’ll ever rent from anywhere else in Tofino again.

Great facilities, friendly on the phone. But, the private lesson was very lacklustre. Paid for 2.5 hour class with tips included before even knowing who your instructor is. That is not the way to provide a service. Didn't get in the water for the first 45 min which is understandable (changing and dry land exercise) but instructor dipped out in 2 hours counting from the time you sign waivers and change. Literally only received 80% of what is advertised. Your experience is not their priority, you are just a cash grab. Would not recommend, only advantage is they are so close to the beach.

We took a 2.5 hour surf lesson here in December 2019 and Alex was our instructor. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He let us try two different lengths of board which allowed me to get up and ride several waves. I’d highly recommend Alex and the Surf Club!! They were very accommodating, great facilities, and we had a solid hot tub after the day was done - thanks again Alex and team!
