I arrived on time for my dental appointment & was ushered right in. When the staff found out my temporary crown had come off, she immediately offered to get it replaced on the same day during my scheduled appointment for another procedure. I am very grateful..
I usually don’t post reviews, but Dr. Tohill and his staff are excellent. I was in town for the 1st part of the week and broke a tooth, they got me right in and took great care of me! I’d never been there and got to spend almost 3 hours there my first time lol. So grateful they took the time to fix me and were such a friendly great staff! Highly recommend & thank you again!
I made a appointment Friday for my husband who had a dental emergency to come in on Monday at 4. I got the txt reminder and everything only to show up to annoyed rude ladies telling me that I had cancelled the cleaning appointment that morning on the voicemail. I was completely clueless what they were speaking of as it was not a cleaning appointment but a emergency we were lucky enough we thought to get appointment because of a cancellation we certainly did not cancel our appointment it was a emergency and he took off work early to be there. After the very rude basically calling us liars and telling us they did not have time that they filled his appointment we left. Frustrated I called the very person that recommended this dentist office my father in law. Which is when I find out that his wife called and cancelled his cleaning appointment for the next day! I could not believe it, they somehow got them mixed up. They do not have the same 1st names they only share last names. Not to mention the days were different, appointment time and reason for visit all different. Now mistakes do happen, but the way you react makes all the difference and the way we were treated by the front desk accusing us and being very rude like we had upset them was just crazy. My husband has been in pain for 3 days is expecting to see a dentist only to find out that a rude front desk lady messed up but wants to accuse you of canceling. I have no idea what the actual dentist is like. But I sure hope he is much smarter and observant then the ladies at the front desk. Could you imagine if they started to work on you and had someone elses file with a different last name and started pulling your teeth or something. It would not be good. In the medical field you need to be observant.
RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!! Great staff in a family atmosphere owned dentistry. I have been a patient for 35 years. After moving out of town I still drive home frequently to go see my Tooth Doctor. (Dentists) Thank you for all you do !!!!!!!....US
