I had a really poor experience with these guys. I had to prod them multiple times to move things along. Communication was very poor - They asked me the same questions multiple times and got my information wrong, INCLUDING the effective date of my insurance, my first name and my address!! Those are HUGE details to get wrong. They repeatedly promised to provide me scheduling availability for Denver Health and I never received it - they never should have offered to do this, since they are not actually Denver Health. It took them over two weeks to process a simple health insurance application with LOTS of back and forth. They finally fixed it and got it submitted... I spoke with a Senior Leader of this company and she didn’t offer as much as an apology or assurance they would look into this. I DO NOT recommend them.
