Myself and my wife decided to pop in as an after thought at the diep River branch.. So we were Just browsing around and Justin popped over and asked if we needed assistance.. This took us aback as we were never approached by anyone to assist us in any other sanitary store we were at before. His assistance was phenomenal especially his expertise on mixing and matching floor, wall and feature wall combos. Not to mention the choices of taps and accessories he recommended. To cut a long story short we landed up purchasing all our bathroom materials from him for the mere fact he approached us in a super helpful way. Great assistance and very reasonable prices.. Worse bathroom bizarre, waste of time. They never have anything in stock but everything is on display with no "out of stock" or "sold out" notices next to it, and the staff always seem so frazzled.

Brilliant. So helpful, answering every question, going the extra mile, and communication regarding delivery has been exceptional.
Knowledgeable staff, very helpful and competent to meet clients needs. One thing they need to do is update their website with dimensions of their products (they only list width of products) and it would help to list all products that are on the showroom floor especially their tile selection.
