ended up getting my back after 2 days of my bag being \in processing\. the service was ok and the delivery man was nice. However it's a shame that the company does not reply to any emails or phone calls. If you live close enough to Hamburg Airport, rather go and pick up your bag yourself to avoid a long waiting time.

As many other reviews here their service is bad. Called around 13:00 to say bag will be delivered before 23:00. Gave caller instructions as to where to leave bag (in out building or under car port out of sight) nothing arrived by 23:00. Called and called company but no answer, leave house this morning at 10am and bag is lying on the doorstep in full view for the world and not under cover, luckily only frozen and not rained on! KLM investigate this company please.

This company got my luggage almost 1 week ago, and the status is still \Received - in processing\. I am not sure, who at the end pays this company for the luggage delivery, but it feels like it doesn't have any responsibility. With least amount of effort I could get to the airport and get my luggage myself. Absolutely terrible service, don't lose your luggage in Hamburg Airport.

//UPDATE After 2 days from last post we called Brussel Airlines and ask them to solve the problem with our bag (it was hard too). And the same day evening our bag was at home (still was no calls from Tokman). // Terrible service, no answer. 6 days ago Brussel Airlines lost our baggage (we was not only one from our plane - some crazy day in Brussel airport). AHS Hamburg Aviation handling services (it's a lost/found company in hamburg airport) give us a file reference, which we can use for tracking in WorldTracer. 4 days ago our bag was found and send to Tokman transport service. And now we still have no information about our bag - delivery status on website is the same. We called them - no answer, wrote messages - nothing. Still waiting.
