Nice hotel with beutiful views. Room was clean and nice amenities. I had some issues with the wifi but it generally worked. 15 min walk to city central. Friendly staff.

Magnificent view on the valley and old city, quiet location. Clean rooms, firm beds with a choice of pillows. Food served at our business event there was very nice. I enjoyed the concert of the many birds in the area in the morning (had the balcony doors open).
Had such a lovely stay in Toledo thanks to this wonderful hotel! My room was so spacious and well-decorated. The staff were so friendly and gave me some excellent restaurant recommendations and tips. The parking is free and a drive to the city is only a few minutes, can park for free near the Puente de San Martin. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel that comes hourly.
I am closer to 3.5 Stars but I am not so bad to give just 3 Stars. But really, it was for me a bit to strange. The entrance is cold and dark. Our room on the first floor had no real daylight. You could hear everybody in the rooms. And biggest minus was the not existing Restaurant. We searched really long to find a restaurant but we had to take the car. But it is clean and if you have a view to the city it is really ok.
Stayed for two nights. We were upgraded to a 4th floor room. Nespresso machine but no kettle for an afternoon cuppa. Our room had a small private terrace where we could sit out and read. Delightful. The staff are most helpful. The room was very clean. Supper was in the bar area rather than the restaurant as a group had arrived that afternoon. The food was amazing as my photo shows. The car park is next door with steps up to the hotel. Bear this in mind if you have heavy bags and don’t do stair. Best drop off before parking up.
We booked nine months in advance and were given a room that was considered an upgrade. The room smelled awful, it was under the eaves of the roof so my husband couldn't even stand up straight to shower and I had a hard time using the mirror. The curtains were shabby and not hooked properly, we had no blanket or comforter in the room, did I mention the room stunk badly?? When we needed assistance with some things in the evening, I had to make multiple trips downstairs to ask questions because the person working spoke little to no English. No iron was available because evidently it was being used in room 202 and they only have one iron/ironing board for the whole facility. My sister-in-law didn't have a coffee maker in her room because they only have them in their premium rooms. Seriously? What year is this? We were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied - felt like we were at the Motel 6. We should have switched to the Autograph hotel in the city itself. This place has little value for your money. We get a lot of upgrades because my husband travels a lot for work - our room was a joke - no reason to call it an upgrade other than it was bigger. No view, sloped ceiling, no blanket, no iron and did I mention it smelled awful???
Beautifully located..rooms with valley and Toledo city view. Very courteous staff.
Enjoyed my stay in very nice room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
