when I called Aramark uniform company, to inquire about uniforms for my employees, salesman quoted me prices, which were fine at the time. He stressed getting first aid kit for only 14.99 one time charge. He also told me that he can get us uniforms in 2 weeks. 3 months later we got the uniforms and so called first aid kit which consists of 10 boxes of bandaids. after we got our uniforms I noticed weekly charge for first aid kit ( bandaids) of 14.99 every week which in 36 months will cost me 2,338.44. I asked them for copy of my contract. several months later they brought me contract which wasn't what I signed originally. This contract had several pages, one of them had prices which they made up and copied my signature from the original one page contract, front and back, to all the pages all pages. Original contract had no prices. The only prices I had were over the phone. Not very honest place. Obviously they don't care about repeated business. It was lies, one after another, right from the start.

Very poor communication skills. We ordered uniforms for our service technicians and have not been impressed with the process. Salesperson was great. Set the bar too high for the rest of her co-workers apparently. After several phone calls and e-mails, initiated by us of course, they finally came out with a portion of the uniforms ordered. Didn't have lockers we ordered, didn't have coats that we ordered. Two managers on site during partial delivery and they left without communicating when they would be back. Very poor customer service!

This company has price increases often that they don't tell you about. So check your invoice often. The cost per item (floor mats)doubled in 2 years. I often had poor quality products holes, broken edges and stains. That I complained about often and they never did anything to correct the problem! Their contract is very one sided, and basically says they can change the costs as much as they want whenever they want! Watch out!!
