You are better off at Artesania Morales or another trustworthy vendor. Everything here is marked up. The lady in the shop will tell you a discount is available instead of a \tax free\ VAT refund. Then, after the purchase, they will give you 10% off ONE item. This is the only shop in Toledo where a receipt is not given for tax refund. They are pocketing the money. When asked for the tax refund receipt, the sales lady refused and was extremely rude- pointing her finger as if we were crazy. Shop elsewhere.

No pude elegir una tienda mejor que esta para hacer un regalo. Verónica es un cielo, me ayudó a prepararle toda una sorpresa a mi pareja para que cuando llegáramos a la tienda desvainará la espada que pedí por la web y viera nuestros nombres grabados. Además, nos regaló un soporte de mesa para ponerla. Tienen replicas increíbles de espadas, escudos, cascos, cuchillos, navajas,... de series, juegos y películas muy conocidas. Acabé llevándome dos espadas más pequeñas de Juego de Tronos para regalar esta navidad. Siempre les agradeceré la amabilidad y trato recibido.
