Went in looking for a coil, did not have the one I asked for but was told another one would work by the guy working. I realized it wouldn’t fit before even opening the coil and brought it back but was told no refunds, even though guy there sold it to me because he said it would be compatible. Overall dude didn’t really seem to care and said “how should I know what works.” Will not be back

Went in there purchased a new mod and bought some juice and 2 packs of coils. I know nothing about vaping what so ever and all based on recommendations of the sales person I purchased everything as a gift. Come to find out the two cases of coils are incorrect totally. I call and the person working states there is no return or refund even though they are the ones that sold me based on there expertise. I would not recommend buying anything from this business due to the lack of knowledge these people have here. I'm going to dispute the 200 I spent here all over some coils that you guys will not do nothing about. I'm sorry but almost 6 a coil and 2 boxes of them is a bit ridiculous for you not to do anything and for them being wrong.

Sheldon wouldn’t let me return a pack of coils for the Orion. He sold me the wrong pack, neither of them worked with my device, he tried and seen that they were defective and still said I couldn’t get 6 off another device or swap them out for a fresh pack. Been a Customer for 5 years pretty disappointed
