I ordered a floral arrangements for my mom's birthday via online service. Not only was delivery on timely manner; they contacted me the morning of delivery date to inform that corresponding vase was not available and if I mind a substitute vase. While I loved the original vase, I was pleased to be informed of the issue before the delivery was made. Great customer service! FYI: My mom LOVED the arrangement! The flowers were fresh and so beautiful. THANK YOU Blessed Blossom!

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the customer service. I placed an online order in the early hours of Saturday, May 7th hoping that an arrangement could still get delivered the same day for Mother's Day. The specific arrangement that I had picked out was no longer available but the florist offered to still fulfill my order with a florist's choice item at the same price. She designed a beautiful arrangement that my mother absolutely loved and got it there on Saturday afternoon. Super helpful, courteous, flexible, and kind employees who went out of their way to make my mother's day! No delivery charge is an added bonus.
