I bought all the parts for a gaming pc here last week. I got great parts, and the staff was kind enough to answer my questions and help me find parts that were compatible. When I built the computer that evening, one of the parts purchased (through no fault of this store) came packaged without the right parts. I called back, and the store immediately swapped the piece for a correct one, even though I had already opened the part. Helpful staff, fun store!

Very friendly and helpful. Went in looking for a part to repair my old pc and ended up learning quite a bit about how tech has changed in four years and now I’m probably going to upgrade. Good prices on the gaming rigs that are for sale, will probably end up going with one. Thanks for taking the time to help me out with all my questions!

I couldn't be happier with their work! I brought in an expensive pile of parts and asked them to assemble it, install windows, and just generally get it ready to be used. I brought it in pretty late in the day, and got it back the next day, completely finished. It was done shortly before they closed, and when I got there, I find out there was a miscommunication (totally my fault), and he fixed it right there, no problems. (HDD was installed in the hot-swap bay in the front, and not on the inside. I misunderstood his question about it the day prior *facepalm*) The few times I called about updates, they were very kind and professional, even though I was obviously very impatient because I was so excited! He knew I was a gamer, and I told him I have, let's say, slightly above average computer knowledge, not enough to trust myself with the parts I had, but I can get around. I feel like my PC was made for me. I don't really know how to explain it... but things were just setup in a way that was perfect in every way. He even installed Steam and a few other clients for me! I wish I knew the guys name so I could give him credit, but either way, all around great service! I have and will continue to recommend this place to my friends. (Inside view isn't a great photo, you can't see the RGB lights synced up, they're synced to my MK too!)
