DO NOT USE - LEFT ME STRANDED WITH MY WHOLE FAMILY AND DID NOT TRIED TO HELP ME I hired this company to do a tour for us in Toledo at the Alcazar and they leave me and my kids completely stranded. I called twice to inform that I was going to be 5 minutes late to the beginning of the tour and I was greeted by a very aggressive man on the phone and basically he didn’t care. He did not tried to help us, neither to contact the tour operator to wait for us, instead I was lectured about how it is possible for me to be late for a tour (I was in a taxi in the middle of the traffic) and was told to go and try to find the tour operator myself. I could not find the tour operator, which ruined completely the visit. I sent a message, and it went unanswered again. They just don’t care. My low review for this company arises for the fact of the terrible customer service and lack of interest to try to help me during my vacation. Instead of trying to help me, I was treated with indifference, aggressiveness and disdain. For anybody that wants to buy tours at the Alcazar, there are free tours and others that you can pay for a fee that go from Plaza Almodóvar to the Alcazar, try that instead is paying lot of euros to abusive companies like this one.

CHEATING - The bus never showed up to pick us up in Madrid to go to Toledo. We were four people - including my 73 years old mom - waiting outside for 1h in cold December. Lots of other tourist busses passed by, but not the one as agreed and paid for. I called twice with no success. We lost time, money, vacation mood. They promised by phone to refund us immediately, never did. I called more two times, they promised to refund, never did. After three months they emailed that they would not refund because we would have missed the bus. They sold and did not deliver. They had zero cost with us. They did NOT render any service. They harmed us. They kept the money. Absurdly dishonest.
Gentuza, me han robado el dinero de mis entradas preferentes que compré a través de ellos para puy du fou. Me suspendieron el evento y no cogen teléfonos ni contestan emails. 100 euros que me están reteniendo, robando o como esta gentuza quiera hacer. PIDO POR FAVOR QUE NO OS ACERQUÉIS A GENTE CON TAN POCA PROFESIONALIDAD. Lo único que me queda es DENUNCIA A LA POLICÍA POR ROBAR.
Comparto lo que manifiestan los autores de los últimos comentarios, buzón lleno, no contestan a los correos enviados por diferentes vías, haciendo infructuosa cualquier gestión. Yo, en tiempo y forma solicité la anulación de la reserva y devolución del importe abonado pues coincidia la actividad con el periodo de alarma, el espectáculo de Toledo estaba suspendido y a medio plazo el futuro era incierto. pmasenjo
Hicimos el pasado lunes con JuanPe la visita guiada "Toledo bajo las estrellas" y nos encantó. Logró que fuera amena, interesante y divertida! Si volvemos a Toledo haríamos otra ruta diferente con el sin dudarlo!
Juanpe es un excelente guía, nos ha hecho disfrutar mucho y enterarnos de cosas que sin el nunca lo hubiéramos sabido andando solos por Toledo. La visita se ha hecho corta por lo divertida que ha sido
Son un atajo de impresentables. El teléfono como si no existiera y por sistema no contestan los emails. En Cuéntame Toledo, si tenéis la oportunidad de utilizar sus servicios son de 10. He visto que con mi caso somos varios afectados. A mí me han devuelto el dinero al final. Te cuentan la milonga de que según el real decreto por ser minoristas pueden ofrecer el canje de las entradas pero no te dicen que si no aceptas tienes derecho a que te devuelvan el importe antes de 60 días. Aconsejo hablar directamente con el organizador oficial y ellos se ponen en contacto con estos impresentables. Si no devuelven denuncia en la oficina del consumidor de tu provincia.
DEBERIAMOS HACER UNA DENUNCIA CONJUNTA. Estoy muy molesta, debido a la situación del COVI estoy en mi derecho según el nuevo Real Decreto establecido a que me devuelvan el dinero de las entradas. No contestan por telefono porque tiene el buzón lleno y por correo no contestan. una vergüenza. Recomiendo que no utiliceis esta plataforma para comprar entradas.
