There is not a rating high enough for this facility! It is a team concept consisting of your own case manager, doctor, nurses, aides, respiratory therapists, PT and OT.... another to forget the culinary excellence of their kitchen. The care was not only outstanding, I felt loved and important. I received 3-4 hours of personal therapy daily. Every member of the staff was well versed in their profession but so joyful and helpful. This attitude really helped me as I went through rehab. Obviously, the facility is a mere 2 months old so it’s state of the art. I would be remiss if I didn’t give cudos to the kitchen. Not only are the selections for your breakfast, lunch and dinner plentiful, the food itself is amazingly great. If this kitchen had a take out, I would be there often! Their goal was designed for my needs. I am now home and feel very confident and safe in my environment. I would like to thank everyone at Encompass for making my rehab a great experience!
