The Artful Maestro

I have lived in the community for over 3 years and I wouldn't want to live elsewhere. It is quiet and calm and a friendly family environment. Amber and staff is very friendly and professional and makes sure that if there is a need that it is then care of promptly. I highly recommend making this your next home !!!!

Rent increases annually to unaffordability. Elevator consistently down every other weekend. Experienced minor pest control issues. Have had laundry stolen. Centrally located on several bus routes near expressway, museum and downtown with great views of Old West End

It was fine when I first moved in, my apartment was recently broken into by they neighbor coming in from the balcony as well as running a extension cord from my outside outlet to their apartment, will not be renewing my lease when time

This place is horrible. As I entered the elevator I was greeted by 2 piles of runny dog diahrea. The hallway carpets are filthy and littered with trash. The pool area was being used by people who had jumped the fence. It is filled with unsupervised children playing on elevators. If you like high-rise ghettos, this is the place for you
