Not crowded when I was there. They have a device charger (in the picture) but fairly short cords. Was told 1-2 hours for a wheel alignment; finished in just under 1 hour. Courteous & helpful personnel.

I got tires oil change and wiper blades. Good price! I used drop off rather then wait. It took about 3 hours which is what they told me upfront. Nice and helpful staff!

I’m always impressed with the customer service I receive from this location. Melissa is ALWAYS top notch! Today, I also had the pleasure of working with Ian. He was fantastic! I always listen to how other patrons are treated while I’m waiting for my vehicle and today did not disappoint. These 2 employees really took the time to thoroughly explain everything to customers while I was there. As a bonus, I received a coupon for 18 off that I didn’t realize was in circulation right now.

I brought my Subaru here because my driver's side front brake kept locking up. It took them forever to get the car to do what I was talking about. Not sure why since every time I'd use the brakes just about it would happen. Any way after about 4 visits here I'm left with a brand new set of rotors and calipers, and guess what the brakes still lock up. I was told the last time I came to pick up the car if it happens again take it to the dealer. Well guess what it happened again. So I paid for services that never solved my issue. I'll never go back again.
