I went to Fixology to have my Swarovski earrings fixed. I did not think they could be repaired but Thomas did an excellent job! You can’t even tell. He used a welder. (I think it is called a laser welder.) I’m very pleased with their work.

(Edited*) Came in today to have my Fossil smartwatch looked at after the caseback started to fall off. There is a two customer limit inside the store & there were two people inside already being assisted so I waited outside for about 5 minutes. When I got inside I waited about 10 mins. A nice young employee came around to assist me while two other workers were dealing with a difficult customer. The employee took my watch around the counter to try a temporary adhesive solution. A different employee, tall, with dark hair and facial hair had his mask down the entire time & two people came in after me both not wearing masks and exceeding the customer limit. With two people not wearing masks, four customers now inside the tiny shop, & three employees I was feeling very uncomfortable. The only thing that made my experience worth while was the kind employee that helped me. I wish I had gotten their name for credit but I just wanted to get out of there!! Thank you for giving me a quick fix solution even if it may be temporary. I appreciate it a lot! 5 stars to the employee that helped me, 1 star for the others that didn't enforce the state wide mask mandate & or violated it themselves. I'll give the store an overall 2 star rating. We're in a pandemic, do better people.

They know nothing about smart watches! They could not fix my ZeBlaze Thor6 smartwatch. Couldn't even tell me why they was unable to fix it. Unfriendly people work there. They should change their name to Maybe Fix-it. So, they barely get one star from me.

Jeweler was unable to repair so they recommended this place. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Was able to get done in 15min while we walked around the mall. Super convenient and Zach was awesome and super knowledgable.
