While the surgeons and nurses may do a good job, the office staff is terrible. I had my wisdom teeth removed and saw three different surgeons throughout the process which made me uncomfortable since I’ve never had surgery done before. I was supposed to be called about how much it would be but never was so instead I had to call three times to get an answer about how much I’d owe. Less than a week before they told me I’d owe almost a thousand dollars for the surgery and didn’t do billing so we’d have to pay in full the day of. This was very inconsiderate and the office that called was rude about us not being able to pay that much all at once. I was also never scheduled for a follow up and ended up with an infection that needed another emergency surgery. Every time I attempted to schedule with the staff it felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Overall it just seems like there’s a huge lack of communication in the offices and the staff isn’t very nice or accommodating on top of it.

I had 6 units of botox done, along with a full syringe of lip filler. I wanted a fuller looking lip, and was nervous that I would end up having unnatural results.. but Dr. Seal knew exactly how much to inject and fill, and made me feel so comfortable! She is so knowledgeable & personable with her patients. I love love LOVE my lips, and can't wait to get my next round in a few months! Thank you, Dr Seal !!! \u003c3

Couldn't pick up the meds from the cvs for pain and antibiotics because the doctor didn't put the order through. I called them 4 times with no response. I had to drive back to the office to let them know and then back to the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Took me about 2 hours to fill a prescription which my SO was suppose to take immediately. The care providers made it a big deal that I was suppose to go directly to the pharmacy and for what? To wait around until they realized they forgot about the prescription? Maybe the doctors are good but office situation sucks.

Wish I could give zero stars for Tammy and the poor excuse of an office manager and billing manager!! Thanks for being so understanding! 10/10 would not recommend
