The best dining experience I had in Toledo, a ceative twist on the traditional dishes. The bartender made our drinks with so much creativity and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and talkative. Atmosphere was great.

Contemporary bar hidden in a little aisle of an old town. This bar was the only one open late on a Wednesday night and we popped in for a drink after dinner. The owner (also fantastic mixologist) made us drinks which were DELICIOUS and we had such a lovely conversation. Also, entirely reasonable prices for such carefully prepared and yummy drinks. I would go back to Toledo just to visit this bar again.

What a delightfully awesome find! Found this place by accident during a day trip from Madrid to Toledo. It's down a narrow little gothic street in this old town and yet it could be in downtown Manhattan. Wonderful cocktails, which are actually difficult to find in some of the smaller cities in Spain. Had an incredibly yummy negroni and great wine! The octopus was so perfectly prepared. The avocado croquettes were so yummy as well. Hopefully you can speak some Spanish too though because most of the establishments in this adorable town are run by Spanish speakers with very little English like in the bigger cities. But you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
