I used to spend more within a calendar a year at Lowe's Home Improvement store renovating houses, than I earned in a year! Seriously! No Joke! They used to be my number one stop for big box home improvement goods, because of their customer service. Sadly, their customer service has declined over the past few years. They have plenty of staff working on the floor, but too many of the newer staff no longer want to assist the clients. Instead of walking me to the needed product, too often customer service will \tell\ me what isle a product is in. Really? When it comes to electrical and plumbing components, that is like finding a needle in a haystack. Needless to say, but worth saying, Lowe's is no longer the first big box home improvement store I go to. They are the store I go to now, only when the other store's are out of stock of what I need. On the bright side, they do usually have in stock, what other stores are out of. The building is always well stocked and clean.

I was impressed with all the clearance deals and employees knowledge of lighting and paints. My kitchen cabinets look lovely. The walls didn’t turn out the same color and that’s highly disappointing. I was so upset that I threw out the whole can before I realized they had a paint guarantee. The interactions and experience makes it a 5 star store.

99% of the time Lowe’s has everything for residential projects. Prices are competitive and staff are helpful. Lowe’s app is nice also with isle & bay info for product location.

Great place to get items needed for home. Staff was able to point me to the isle I needed. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I needed but it was a business trip so I made what they had available work. Will certainly return.
