I'm a current resident who has been living here for more than 2 years. As you can see, Today is the third day after the storm, and no one is caring to clean the road! There are no options for Internet service; so you have to stick with what they offer which is so bad. Most importantly, their maintenance is getting worse over time, but it was good at the beginning.

Don't rent here. These people have zero compassion for anyone. For 3 years l paid them on time and the one time l didn't was because l had just found out my son, my only child had just passed from a car accident. I ended up in the hospital from extreme shock and they didn't give me a chance. They also tried to charge me for an entire month after the apartment was empty and they had the keys. They had the nerve to actually list it as rent due after move out. Only Scott in the office has any compassion. I also had an issue with the floor above us creeking extremely loud and mold growing around the toilet.
Lived here 2.5 years around. Decent enough place. Was more of a deal when rent was cheaper but it goes up a decent bit every new lease. Area is safe for foot traffic at night, its well lit. Someone has gone through my girlfriends car twice and tossed everything inside. For the most part it is a decent place, don't really hear your neighbors and the gas stove is a nice plus. The third floor gets very hot in the summer and setting AC to 73 will run you over 100 in electronical bill but the extra window is worth it in the winter time.
I DO NOT recommend this place. I am amused by the unprofessional responses I get from the office people. I have a friend who lived here for four years, and it took them two years to fix her dish washer!! TWO YEARS!! I can’t understand why they keep hiring rude people to deal with the residents! This place will lose business if they keep having low standards for their staff. The maintenance is very slow and take them months to years to fix your problem! That’s not an exaggeration!
I have lived at Orchard Lakes Apartments for two years that was one bedroom apartment with no issues. Then, I upgraded to two bedrooms. The condition for this apartment was very terrible especially in the kitchen all the cabinet doors needed to repair. Before l signed my lease they said we will have new ones to you after three months and they took more than five months. When they received the new cabinet doors they changed the doors that looked very nice and did not change the ones that really need to. Also, there were many insects in the bedrooms and kitchen! Every single time I requested service request they were unprofessional when they talked to me. The maintenance is very low quality and l spoke with the manager many times she promised me to fixed the serious issues. They were procrastinating for not fix the issues. Some of the apartments looked very nice but there were others were not! If you would communicate with the office l really encourage you to use email instead of going to talk to unprofessional staff. I personally don’t recommend anyone living there. Unless if you’re a really patient! (Update) See these pictures and believe it or not they took 12 months to replace them and the management office did not really take care to apartment. Or even they tried to fixed them with a sample thing from Home Depot. BY THE WAY THIS IS CONDITION BEFORE I SIGN MY LEASE. As I mentioned in my previous review they promised me thousands of things and they NOT change the right doors.
