Free Spirit

The music is so loud I can’t hear anything. Jennifer never introduced herself to me (got her name off my receipt) No one wears a name tag! Jennifer’s representation was horrible. The first tray she pulled out was more then halfway empty. She says “Well what is it you want?” Ummm really?! I simply said I’m not sure I just would like to look. She the says “Well who are you buying for?” Does it matter? Then she for some reason thinks I can hear her talking across the room with that loud music playing and other conversation being held! Lady I’m not impressed You are ruining the experience

Had to exchange a bracelet my daughter received for Christmas. The young lady (Myranda) who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to find us the right fit and also show us the charms that will work for her size bracelet.

The sales associate, Myranda was very pleasant and helpful. My son passed away and she was helpful in specific charms that I could add to the bracelet that I purchased. She also helped with a necklace I was interested in initially. I do wish Pandora had the, "I love You" symbol for the deaf though. Thank You.

I'm giving g a two star as the owner of 5 pandora bracelets all full but the 5th one i just got. O was working on filling it when I recently place over a 300 order with them and only recieved two charms. I had to argue with customer service and when thwy finally said thwy would reissue thw charms I didn't a Get which was all but two most are no longer available so they have to refund me. They were . I ordered and now they aren't. I'm done with pandora there are so many other quality charm places i will not purchase from them ever again. PERIOD

Went there today(Black Friday)-was a line to get in but if you knew exactly what you wanted they were set up so that they could bring item to you at side of store entrance & process sale without actually waiting to go inside store-was in & out in less than 10 minutes-always friendly & helpful there!
