This is my favorite Panera restaurant, before COVID and after after especially. They’re prompt and have never made a mistake with my order(s). Also, one night I made an order on my way home and I did not notice it had grabbed one Panera over from my most frequented location. I waited for awhile then asked an employee if mine was lost or...she pulled up the orders but mine was not there, I want to say she called and asked the other restaurant if they had any orders under my name but I don’t recall however it did not matter because she just had me tell her my order and they made it promptly for me there. It’s hard to visit anywhere anymore that I leave impressed by the customer service and feel like my business is appreciated and that I can count on knowing what I’ll get, how I’ll get it. Cant say that hardly anywhere anymore.

I liked the interior and staff. They gave us our many back for the sour soup we were served. Even though they’ve also substituted that soup with the other one. Thanks
Usually don’t have bad experiences with Panera but these past 2 times have been awful. I got curbside pick up the first time and waited 40 minutes in the parking lot for my food. Tried calling and got hung up on. Whatever, Panera is busy I get it. But just this last time I ended up waiting 20 minutes in curbside pick up, tried calling and got hung up on AGAIN so I go inside grab my food, all good. I get home and my chicken sandwich that I ordered..came with no chicken?? Just a whole bunch of bread a single slice of cheese and some peppers. Very unsatisfied. This is gonna be the last time I try to eat at Panera
Ordered a fairly large order through the app today (about 10 sandwiches and 8 soups). I selected my time to pick up my order which was just over an hour later. I showed up right at my scheduled time, checked in on the app, and waited. About 10 minutes later an employee comes out and tells me they are working on my order. Another 10 minutes go by, so I go in to see how much longer it will be. Turns out, they started my order only when I had arrived, not when I selected to pick it up.... The employee apologized and offered me a drink. I wasn't interested in something for nothing, I just wanted my food in a reasonable time. After being inside for another 10 minutes (now 30 minutes after my arrival time) I finally get my food. I double check to make sure everything is there and sure enough, there is a sandwich missing and the sandwich at the bottom wasn't wrapped very well and was all over the bottom of the bag. I showed them right away and they made the two sandwiches while I waited. The manager didn't seem very concerned when I asked her how to do it differently in the future, she just said, \we're working on your order\.... Very bad experience and will never go there again.
Convenient location with easy access from main road including plenty of parking, enough for even trailers in adjacent parking lots only a few steps away! Fantastic service, with each associate going above and beyond to insure you're satisfied. Very clean, chic atmosphere with the Panera company's brand new layout. Everything was over the top wonderful, beyond the chains expectation.
