I went to get labs prior to 4:30 PM and the lab tech angrily greeted me with hostility and stated they were closed. I hadn't said anything, wasn't rude...I just opened the door and was shouted at. Mind you, this was prior to 4:30 PM when the lab was not officially closed. The other Promedica labs have much better ratings, so what is it about this lab location that has generously received two, 1-star ratings in one years time frame?
