I have no issues with the therapists with whom I worked (thus 2 stars instead of 1). I think the problem is with the processes as determined by ProMedica. Having had sciatica issues in the past, the physical therapy I received at non-ProMedica sites included ultrasound and heat therapy. I was instructed that those were not typically options at Wildwood. It was strictly exercises. I understand the importance of the exercises, but they alone--without ultrasound and heat--exacerbated the back pain. I had the feeling that the number of patients cycled through the facility took priority over individualized care. This appears to be a problem with their system.

I have been to different places and this was the best!! Friendly, professional and really try to help you. I did the water therapy and Lynn and the guy, I'm sorry I forgot his name were wonderful. The therapy really did get me ready for the next phase of therapy I am doing now with Emma and Courtney. They are wonderful. Sometimes it's hard but I can tell you I had sciatica pain for a few days and really didn't say nothing. Eventually I had to say something because it was killing me. After I seen Emma that day it was gone!!! It does come back time to time. But they are Wonderful!!!

Great people and very friendly therapists.. Went there after four surgeries,unaware of other Rehab centers.. finally went to a different rehab center and it was very different and more challenging,therefore giving Wildwood a three.

Everyone here is so kind, caring and compassionate!! Such a fun and positive atmosphere to be in when regaining your mobility (it can be discouraging at times)!!! Recommend to everyone!!!!!
