I have had blood tests done here for 11 years (PT-INR). That is over 130 visits. If you have an appointment you are taken care of promptly. I have never waited more than 20 minutes. The staff is professional and friendly. The analysis and quest written report is received by my doctor in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Quest and especially this location.

Before you show up, schedule an appointment on their website! This is a busy area and the location is understaffed, so if you are a walkin (no appointment) then you may have to wait for a long time. The woman who works there is the only one there, and she is very polite and helpful -- it is unfortunate that the location only employs her though, because this means that while she is helping people, the phone will often go unanswered (my initial low rating was because I tried numerous times to call to make an appointment). However she even as the only employee there during a completely booked day was able to see me relatively quickly and I am very thankful for this. But if management at Quest Diagnostics reads my review, do not mistake my above 1-star rating as a "pass" for only employing one person on arguably your busiest day of the week; do the right thing and give your hard working employee some help by having two staff at all times. Your staff and your patrons will appreciate it.
This place sucks! Showed up at roughly 2:10, there were 5 people waiting, 1 had an appointment. It is now 2:53 and I am still waiting along with 1 other person. Why is there 1 old lady working? You think there would b at least 3 to speed the process up. All I wanna do is pee in a cup! Horrible!
Not that they care about what I have to say, but putting one person in a lab. Is unsafe. Waiting 2 hours for labs to be drawn is ridiculous. Go somewhere else. If you are an employer do not contract with these people. They will cause your employees to be stuck there all day, taking valuable time away from you and them.
Abysmal experience--I did not even want to put one star! I did not have an appointment, however, the website indicated they do take walk-ins. I arrived at 8:40 and left at 10:35. The personnel never once said a single word to those of us in the waiting room, except to call the next person in or ask for paperwork. There was a young woman and her father also as walk-ins, who were sent there for a work-related drug screen with no knowledge that you could even make an appointment. After 2 hours of waiting, I gave up--and the daughter, who had arrived before me, had not yet been taken in. I cannot fathom how you cannot squeeze in two walk-in appointments in two hours! There was one period of at least 15 minutes, once I started watching and timing, when the person there was sending a fax, putting things into envelopes, etc., when she could have taken one of us. I am forced by economics to drive to Toledo to Quest for my blood tests as Wood County Hospital is so much more expensive, but I really hate the drive, dislike the facility and am now disappointed in the personnel. She could have indicated at some point in time approximately how long our wait would be. However, I have now unfortunately made an appointment at the same facility, and we will see if THAT is timely.
Seriously! 1 person does front desk, answer phone calls, checks people in, does the work with patients, like seriously phone be going off and no1 answering them because she is busy. So if u call in today don't accept a phone call back. This is crazy been here over 2 hours now and still waiting as I am typing this.
You can use somebody else’s name and give them the bill without them checking IDs I guess
Only one person on staff so expect to wait and wait and wait..... Of course the actual testing is quick, the real time killer is all the insurance paperwork.
