Went in early morning before the crowds, staff was very energetic and friendly busy filling the shelves. Found what I was looking for quickly and easily.

For the most part workers are polite and friendly as well as helpful as for the cost of the food it is decently priced however the quality of the food needs to be improved and the fruit and vegetables need to be checked more frequently. As customers we should be able to buy fruits and vegetables that are good quality.

They have lots of great product's but everything is taped down, or behind glass. I've never had such a weird shopping experience... I love Beauty supply's they give me LIFE! They must have a big problem with theft

I had my first visit. I have to say I agree with another reviewer that it was a very unusual shopping experience. Yes, it is located in a largely abandoned and shuttered shopping center. The location is not picturesque, but it fills a need to provide fresh groceries to the area residents. I likely won't return. The store was clean, though a little worn, and the cashier was friendly, polite and helpful. But it was just too much of a prison feeling, or the assumption that I the shopper should be significantly inconvenienced and under suspicion. There are metal posts, narrowly spaced around the full face of the building. I presume this is to prevent buggies from being removed. What I do not get, is why upon entering the store, one is expected to somehow, simultaneously pass their body through one turnstile and their cart through another--which the cart one sticks and you have to random it through. What is the meaning of that besides burdening and frustrating customers? Anyone with a disability, maybe dealing with children, or who isn't coordinated, physically strong AND able will have a hard time just getting into the store. The prices on some things was refreshingly low (bottled water cases for 1.99, white and red seedless grapes for 1.29/lb.), but many were higher priced (no-good items) than competitors. I don't think there's justification for this when there are no bags at checkout, you have to ferry your groceries back and forth, no less than 30 yards, at minimum, only if you are lucky enough to get the closest storefront parking, because the carts cannot be taken to your car. This was a major disincentive to shop robustly. And what you do buy you are forced to risk losing because of the necessity to leave your purchases unattended in order to transport them. I bought several cases of that 1.99 bottled water. That was an experience I found quite off-putting.
