7/15/18 Toledo Franklin Park location: Was looking forward to carefully selecting my next pair of Oakley sunglasses and was hoping to browse their selection today. Unfortunately my experience was agitated and cut short. Upon arrival one of the three associates working immediately greeted my daughter and I when we walked in, asked if she could help us find anything specific. I told her that we really just wanted to browse the Oakley sunglasss section and after exchanging small pleasantries thanked her for the greeting. At this point I figured she would just allow me look quietly without any more questions as my daughter browsed a different section. But unfortunately she would not leave me alone as I was continuously asked questions after every pair of Oakley’s I pulled off the shelf to try on. I was agitated by it so much that I grabbed my daughter and left after only 5 minutes. Piece of advice for ANY associate working retail. Greet the customer, ask if they need any initial assistance, and if the answer is no, LEAVE THEM ALONE and allow em to shop in peace! Trust me, we’ll grab you if we need anything. You lost a huge sale! Very disappointing experience today! We definitely won’t go back!

Great customer service. I was looking for a graduation gift and this store had the ones I wanted to buy. The lady on the phone was tremendously helpful to hold the sunglasses for me until I could make the 1.5 hr drive. Great customer service!!!!
