It was a very good tapas bar ( I did not try the restaurant.) There were two men and one woman at the bar. The bar men were so friendly and hospitable, but unfortunately the woman had some attitude towards me ( perhaps because she could not speak English.) Overall I enjoyed the food and specially cocktails. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the attitude of that woman.

Let's start by saying I know nothing about dinning in Toledo, which is supposed to be a gastronomic destination. This place has amazing flavors; traditional Spanish with Peruvian and Asian influences. We tried the cod black tempura (squid ink tempura) which was a great appetizer. As mains we chose the chilli crab and the octopus dumplings. Both amazing. The crab specially incredible. Mix that with a good white and is heaven. Deserts are also a must. Make a reservation, it can be hard to get in. Prices are pretty reasonable. We had a dinner for two with wine for around 80.

Best food I've had in Spain so far! The croquettes are exquisite, do not miss them. Service is also top notch and the bartender can give you a drink to remember!

We loved the croquettas and the pulpo. Servings are quite big and can be shared. However, the tables are too small nice ambiance and staff as well.

Cobblestones roads that lead me to Taberna el Botero. To begin... I ordered a gin and tonic that was crafted to perfection(bartender Christina really put love into my drink), flamed orange and lime peels that made its way to my glass as well as dried juniper berries for an aromatic touch. @..@ I saw the menu and I had an orgasmic reaction. Croquetas de rabo de toro, cod with tempura and octopus ink al carbon, alioli top. Chimichurri chicken wings followed by the best Rum zacapa sour, with egg whites(pisco sour like) . The male rico suave bartender really made my experience with this drink amazing, I mentioned I didn’t like the ingredients of a specific drink in the menu , but he made sure to create something special for me. A mala suerte postre to end. The food here is so well put together. I highly recommend this place to anyone that visits Toledo.
