The worst of all the experience I had in dealing with this property management. I drove nearly 5 hours just to find the Apartment that I was to lease having stained dirty and worn-out carpet. And I have been leasing with this company for the past three years at other locations without any problems this was a deal breaker for me!!

I love it here. The staff are very kind and problems are dealt with promptly. It's a very quiet place where you can enjoy your solitude or meet up with your neighbors for coffee down in the community room. Being able to have a pet here is a real bonus. So many places underestimate the value of animal companionship for the elderly. I also love having a laundry room in my apartment with the washer and dryer provided!

My wife and I have lived at this complex since it opened almost 4 years ago. In that time we have had few complaints, and most of those were answered within a very short time. The units are clean and most apartments are within walking distance of the elevator. We enjoy the large windows (good lighting) and accessible layout. We also like the proximity to shopping and medical offices. This complex offers amenities such as a movie room with large screen and theater-like sound, exercise room with equipment, computer room, and a large community dining room - all available for resident use at no additional charge.

It's a very quiet and friendly place to live. However, I'm very dissatisfied with the way my air-conditioning problem has been handled. And I agree that we need more handicap parking places. With seniors just two is not enough.
