I recently visited this location for glasses and COVID shots. I was treated like a king. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this medical facility. I find when it comes to the VA many people give them no credit. Trump did a lot to improve the VA.

The doctor I have there is pretty mean and rude. She is very pushy and has zero tact with working with veterans. If you read my notes online she makes it look like I’m a monster, she only puts my side of the conversation in there and not hers. She only puts the question. I had a c&p evaluation there and the doctor totally was unfair the doctor pushed and pulled on my measurements to cheat my numbers so I would not get disability. Not to mention during my hearing test. The ladies asked me when my tinnitus started , I told them “ every since I was in the Marines, I was a rifle and pistol instructor “. They put in my records that I said , “ 5 years ago “ ! You will not get a fair examination here if you file for disability compensation. The workers are Liars and cheaters

The past two years have been a disaster! Don't ever expect a call back to a message you leave. You're forced to leave a message, because no one answers the phone. It's more about not caring for you than actually doing something. Sad part is that it used to be great. A few years ago. Will look for another Clinic and hospital. I've had enough! Good luck to those that are forced to stay. Think it's time to send a message to Pres. Trump. His overhaul of the VA in Toledo and Ann Arbor isn't cutting it.

The doctors are alright but the customer service representatives who control all information going to the doctors have too much control. If they take a notion, they can keep you from your medications, your doctors. It is really sad that these GS employees can mistreat ill veterans like this. Biggest culprits... mental heath, and the red clinic. I am suffering because an employee thinks its within his power to refuse to provide a disabled veteran with services they need to survive. No one is policing these people who are supposed to support and assist Veterans. We need help!! Look at the reviews here. Its pathetic.

I've brought my dad here the past 3 years. He is a WWII Vet, age 96. The care has been phenomenal. Dr. Katragadda orders a blood test to monitor and prescribe medication. She checks him thoroughly, listening carefully to his concerns. Her assistant, Mike Kruger, returns calls and answers questions concerning health issues, taking time to explain the doctor's response and point of view. Dr. Mayer is Dad's optometrist. She is friendly, examining his eyes and answering every question before prescribing glasses. The PT department has provided a walker, wheelchair and shower chair. His hearing aids are checked and repaired here too. Thank you to everyone who goes out of your way to be helpful!
