This is THE MOST unprofessional place I have ever encountered. The \CEO\ hangs up on you if you ask questions that she does not have the answer too. The tellers are rude and ghetto. Support black business. I will never support this incompetent so called black business. It was suppose to help our community instead its useless.

I enjoy the customer service whenever I stop in to either location. The downtown location is more convenient for me. However when I attempt to reach someone by phone, I can't even get through. Waiting over 2 weeks for a response (happened more than once) is disappointing.

There was a time I loved the Dorr/Detroit branch. Urban federal had mature and awesome employees. They offered the best customer service in town, however things have really changed. The new Employees do not offer the same great customer service and can be rude at times. I plan to start utilizing the new location and hope to get the good service again.

Friendly tellers some are very slow but nice, I have reached out to the credit union about an issue I had no return call, i even called in and they stated someone will contact you not yet its been over a week. I'm thinking I may take my business somewhere else. I have tried to express my concerns either no answer or the phone rings and ring, but when I'm in the bank that's all there doing answering the phones. I feel the business is very unprofessional at this point.

Communication is horrible I’ve been waiting on a call for a week closed my dispute without contacting me or resolving the issue it’s been over 6months and every time I call they say they will call me back still no one has I am officially done with this Credit Union
