Dr Vincent saved my life. I didn’t feel he was rude at all. Just very forward. He tells it like it is and I very much appreciate that. He’s a fantastic surgeon

Due to Covid-19, patients are first referred to speaking to the father of this physician, who is a retired vascular surgeon himself. My spouse was referred to this office after an E.R. visit. In this phone call, my spouse was told the exact opposite of the E.R. physician's findings, told we were calling the wrong office, and then told that this office is currently having NO patients come to the office. WHY we were not told this right up front - I have no idea. We wasted three days of waiting for a phone call only to be told that we needed to call, now, an orthopedic surgeon. Obvious no one cares about the pain my spouse is suffering. Inexcusable.
Dr David Vicente is the rudiest and most unprofessional Dr , ive ever met. Was on methodone for pain. Never ever had a addiction problem. But mixed up the pain med , he gave me. Went into a two hr seizure. Than ask why it happened. He said most drug addicts know that u cant mix those meds. Wow his patients all wait 2 hrs, his surgeons staff waits the hosp. Notarest the nurse stated he'll be 2 hrs late and make anyone wait. God like complex ! Never would I see such a terrible man. Great surgeon. But there are ones . Who will treat u human . And assume he knew me. Lol. Id give a -1 on JR. Idk the other one. His father !
Great surgeon great guy
This doctor has done 5 vascular procedures/surgeries on me from 11/2015 thru 6/2017 about 1- 1/2 yrs - at least one of repeat procedures was \my fault\ as he wouldn't listen to the horrid side effects I was experiencing from the drug he prescribed so my GP & I changed what I was taking. I have been told he is one of the best around. I find it hard to describe my symptoms to him so that he can relate but after each procedure I was right and 98-99% blocked. He can be arrogant so I have learned to hold my ground I am on oxygen and have only 18% lungs left but want to be able to walk around my house without pain and do necessary shopping. I don't look forward to what comes next - and convincing him it's not my back or nerve pain. Every procedure he has done the outcome was good for several months but now the 5th surgery is failing after about 3 months but most likely due to the progression of my peripheral artery disease. I am not looking forward to what comes next, dealing with his attitude. I tried going else where - but I have so many drugs I can't tolerate - do I really want to \break in\ another doctor -the 2nd opinion doctor didn't understand much better - I think they \stick\ together.
