Very good lamb/beef gyro. The meat was very tender and the serving size was huge. I actually could not finish my meal. The owner was very hospitable. I have nothing bad to say at all. Next time I want to try the wings though, if the gyro was this good I can imagine how good the wings are going to be.... yummy. Oh, almost forgot, my favorite part of any Mediterranean meal - the baklava - delicious!
The food as well as the service was more than great. Hospitality is always given and the environment well let's just say it's more comfortable than home. I would definitely recommend this place for food or just to go have a cup of coffee. This restaurant and not only guarantees their product but also prides himself on pleasing the customer.
Thank you LJ Shangai, for always being awesome everytime. The service is great. So friendly and the nice owner is always stopping to say hello. The new menus are great with photos to give you an idea of what you will get. Everything is made in-house, and you can watch them through the window making the bao dumplings.
So sad to see he closed. He had the best gyros and food on the East Side. Thanks for serving us. We'll miss you!
