Brian helped me and my husband buy our first home. He took us to several tours, and for every offer we made, he went above and beyond to schmooze the listing agent. He coached us through writing a personal offer letter, hand delivered our letters, and was available via text or phone 24/7. I even received texts from him at 8pm. I don't think he ever stops working. He also gave us a pretty good education on how real estate works in general. I can't recommend Brian enough, he's just amazing.

Brian was great! From the moment we met him- he was friendly and made us feel comfortable. He's well versed on the local market and his insight was valuable in helping prepare us and our house for the market. Brian was the ultimate advocate for us- helping us make key decisions leading up to listing and all the way through close. After only 3 days on the market we had multiple offers and Brian was able to get us several offers over asking. After our original offer fell through due to reasons outside of our control- Brian got us back on the market quickly and secured another offer within a couple of days. He was an excellent agent and we're grateful for his help getting top dollar for our house.
