If you do not speak Portugese the Tomar Vodashop is going to be tricky, the lady working there is relatively young, very early 20's so we know she should have a relative grasp of the basic English language as it is mandatory to study English at Portugese schools, but she just refused to be helpful, maybe she genuinely does not speak a single word of English which is highly unlikely for such a young lady, but not impossible I might add, or maybe she just had an awful day and did not want to be helpful to strangers, who knows but over all not a to happy with the service.
