Been to a few dealerships in my life. This one is great. Went in for a couple recall fixes on my 2012 Forte. Matthew explained everything well and gave accurate time tables and was accommodating to my schedule in managing the service request. The team members here in the service department are conscientious and provide quality work. My car is running very smoothly; Better than when I brought it in. Seating area was good. If you ever run outta seats just check out the showroom floor. Car seats are pretty comfortable as well . I’m a Kia guy and we’re a Kia family and of the dealerships in the greater Houston area this is definitely the one to go to.
I am a returning customer as well as my family members. I have never had a bad experience here! I recently went in to purchase a new vehicle after getting into an accident and I called up my preferred sales rep - James Carter. I told him what was going on and I told him exactly what I wanted. I went in and had no problems. I was not pressured into anything and got exactly what I wanted. I said I wanted a lower interest rate before with no down payment and that what I got. I highly recommend James Carter as he is very honest and tries to get you into what you want while meeting your needs! As far as the finance managers, they also get stuff done and want to get you the best deal they can. Sometimes that process can be long, but it is for good cause.
