Our experiences, at these offices, has been amazing since day one. I was lucky enough to get my son in with Dr. Miller, due to a cancellation. He usually schedules a few months out. My 1.5 year old needed surgery to correct Strabismus in his left eye. I came to Dr. Miller, for a second opinion, as I did not feel comfortable with the other physician we saw. Dr. Miller was so thorough in explaining everything, that he quelled my nerves and eased my anxiety about proceeding with this procedure. Despite being an extremely busy man, he has always made the time to help us understand everything, and has never once made us feel rushed, though I know his schedule is packed. He even recognized an astigmatism, that the previous doctor never caught, despite the fact that my child was thrashing and crying through the exam. My son’s surgery was super quick and successful. At every follow up, Dr. Miller and his staff have been very kind, and very patient with my nervous child. They have always taken the time to complete the exams and provide excellent care to my son, while again never making us feel rushed. There is no better surgeon, if your child needs a procedure. Dr. Miller, and his staff, will make you as comfortable as possible, and will be there to guide you every step of the way.

This is my second time visiting the HEA office, and once again, it was thoroughly enjoyable! The entire staff is always so nice and professional, but the young lady that saw us before Dr. Miller came in was extremely kind and patient. She entertained my daughter, complimented her and just made the entire process smooth and lovely. We will definitely be back, and I will definitely refer anyone looking for a fast and professional ophthalmologist to your office. Keep up the good work!
