So MBRP was having trouble getting a shipment of exhaust packages into their warehouse, I was waiting for 5 days before I called Nate and he apologized for the delay. He even upgraded me to a better exhaust package for having to wait patiently. Nate has made my day and Performance Truck Products has done a fine job of making Nate a significant part of their staff. Horrible customer service. Nate will not return phone calls only emails. Everything marked on the website is incorrect. His hours of operation, his great customer service, a tracking number, best prices and prompt delivery are all lies. I ordered a product 2 weeks ago and have not received, only just found out yesterday that it was just shipped and finally got a tracking number after calling the manufacturer, since Nate does not know how to operate a phone. Now the manufacturer tells me that they didn't even get the order until 8 days later and that it will be another 7 to 10 days before I get my product. So I am currently 15 days out from when I made the original order and they are saying another 10 days. Nate 151025 days, I did not realize that "fast shipping" meant almost 1 month. I also did not know that "good customer service" meant no returned phone calls. I did not realize that "open:9am to 5pm." meant that I come to work when I want. Maybe my expectations are too high. I would like to note that money was removed from my account 1 hour after I made the purchase.

Awesome customer service....hands down the best in the industry! I couldn't find a certain part in stock with any company, but Nate was able to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer and had it to me within 3 business days...WOW! Extremely nice people to deal with and you can't beat the prices. Nate even went out of his way to personally email me, only a few hours after I ordered, the tracking information for the item that was drop-shipped. Top notch company.....I highly recommend!

I placed my order on a Saturday night and had multiple shipments. Several large items too and I had everything in my hands by Thursday morning. I called once with a question and was able to talk to someone who answered by questions well. I emailed a question and Nate replied within minutes with an answer. I will definitely order from them again. The prices for what I ordered were the best I found online or otherwise.

Bought a tuner kit and fuel pump through them and received all packages as timely as expected. Parts were coming in from multiple locations but regardless I had all my equipment in less than a week. Before my order was shipped, I received a call to inform me that everything was being processed then and there. It was great to know that somebody somewhere was actually tracking it. During the install process I decided not to use some of the parts that I originally ordered with the kit and wanted to return it. Nate Dwyer responded to my message and has been nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. Great company, great customer service. Will definitely be making future purchases.

Great customer service. I purchased an exhaust system for my Mustang online on Wednesday afternoon (at a great price) and got free shipping on the order. I was shocked when it was delivered the next day before lunch!!
