I'm bummed about the cajun rice being discontinued. It's been one of my favorite sides for almost forty years... Still, love that chicken from Pop eye's!

The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They were out of beans for the red beans and rice. The lady on the intercom was so rude. She tried to rush us through our order and then didn’t respond after we were done and told us to drive up. Once at the drive through window, no one came for about ten minutes. Then someone came to the window and said they had no pending order for us. They forgot to give us our chicken sandwich and then said they didn’t have any ready and didn’t tell us. They had no dipping sauces. An absolute nightmare. When they finally gave us our chicken sandwich, it was stale cold tenders on bread.
It was terrible I waited almost a half an hour in the Drive-Thru. I then received the totally wrong order. Waited to get inside to exchange my order, they then again gave me the wrong order. All I ordered was a kids meal chicken leg and a spicy chicken sandwich. I received 2 spicy shrimp and mashed potatoes. I tried to call the store and it went to a fax number or something, I kept calling and they finally answered as I asked for a manager I was left holding for 5 minutes, then hung up on. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE
Absolutely terrible, if I could give 0 stars I would. I went last night and I was the only person in line, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be ready to make my order. There were 3 different people that took my order and they still managed to mess it up. I was originally going to get a chicken sandwich but they said they were out. So I got a 10 box(keep that price in mind) that came with 6 chicken fingers, 2 rolls, and 2 sides. I ordered mac and cheese for the sides and they were out of that too. So being upset already about the poor customer service I got mashed potatoes. I pulled up to the window and they asked me what I ordered, they never even took it down. So I had to order again. It took another 5 minutes for them to get my order right. When it came time to pay they charged me over 23 for that 10 box and 2 medium drinks. Not realizing the price difference at the time, I payed. Nobody inside was wearing masks and they were gathered around talking and eating, not even attempting to help the one person preparing the food (and he was going very, very slow too). I drove off and checked the food, and the chicken tenders were very small, hard, cold, dry, and pathetic. There were supposed to be 2 rolls but they only gave me 1. I am not a confrontational person at all so I didn't go in and confront them, and honestly if I did they would probably just act like it didn't matter. I realized I also couldn't go and get my money back because they never gave me a receipt. On top of that I asked for regular ranch and they gave me this peppered ranch that was disgusting. I really want a refund for that rip-off, but I cant because they never gave me my receipt. Horrible service, horrible food, and horrible place.
Food was ok but the girl who served me was really rude : she looked just like the kid that says do the roar on shrek. Just drive into tomball for better service and better food
