Where do I begin.... To provide a little context I have dealt with alot of shops in Houston and surrounding cities- some of them are a joy to deal with and really know what they are doing, others need to slowly back away from the lift and seek another profession... I had brought my turbocharged 2000 Dakota RT to RSR after another shop did the fabwork and install. The truck was mainly in need of some finishing work as some of the finer details of the work performed by \Brand X\ was lacking. No matter, Ronnie , Chaney, and company to the rescue. I supplied a detailed outline of what it needed , dropped it off, and went from there. I want to emphasize that RSR treated my 20 year old pickup truck with an oddball build with the same urgency, enthusiasm, attention to detail , and professionalism that you'd expect with the hot rods they build in house and sell in their Street Rods showroom. Ron was ordering materials for what was needed before I had even left the shop after dropping off the truck. I also want to emphasize that in spite of the job becoming larger than planned (no fault of their own) , the work was completed on time. Kara and Cheryl kept me in formed of progress as it happened and any changes to my invoice. Chaney is an alignment wizard - I was so impressed with the difference, I left my other vehicle with them immediately afterwards. If you have a street car , old or new, that needs professional work done - DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME- I urge you to visit RSR and see what a hot rod shop is supposed to be like.
