Nope, not fraudulent, just because it's 1 star, that's the response? I did you a favor by not including details, be thankful for that, I would be more than happy to add details and save others thousands of dollars. Update: 01/21/2021 An FYI for the response above - Tomball Dodge had a comment on here, that said they thought because there was no details, and that it was a 1 star review, my comment should be considered fraudulent. I'm sure if it was a 5 star review with no details, they would not have said that.
Overall, going with 5 star review. Have had a few experiences here and not all of them great. But the service department is generally easy to deal with and the review is mostly for truck buying experience just went through with Jeremy Sport. Went in not sure if I was going to buy a truck, mostly expecting not to. Talked to Jeremy and he genuinely made things simple. Worked to make things go through and made the negotiating process not painful. Highly recommend going in and buying with Jeremy.
