Seamless work! I took my engagement ring in to be resized, David was beyond helpful and really assured me that my ring was going to be okay even if it's not on my finger. The work was completed in a timely manner(faster than anyone else had quoted me) as well as for a good price. I can go in and get my ring cleaned for free on any given business day. My ring looks fantastic and is even prettier than when I first received it. Thank you David and thank you Trinity Fine Jewelry! You will definitely be seeing me again.
Excellent!! I needed to have my wedding ring re-made. (Original ring was not made by Trinity) I wanted to change the design from two rings to one- adding four diamond windows. I was really happy with the communication through-out the process I didn’t have any surprises. I was aware of the all steps of process and time frame need for completion. I approved the final renderings before anything was made. Jessica- Thank you for taking such good care of me, answering all of my questions, and listening to all my ideas. I couldn’t be happier.
This guy is a straight joke. 1200 was lost because he did not do a professional job. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Poor craftsmanship is what 2 other jewelers said about the work. I saw the bad reviews but thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART- BUYERS BEWARE
Terrible experience. Went there to have my watch repaired. The owner said he replaced the battery but the watch needed a 200 cleaning. He said he had opened the watch and noticed corrosion. I took the watch to another jeweler. He really replaced the battery and the watch has worked perfectly every since.
Took my watch to have battery replaced, received the watch back and it worked except now the alarm and hour chime makes no noise. Left voicemail last week with no response, stay far away from this company!
