Briana Stith

Worst lawyer in the world. I wouldn't recommend her to represent a dog or them cats she got in her office. You might as well represent yourself and she has no voice at all in the courtroom. Very timid. I never had a charge in my life and my only option was to either be a FELON for my first charge for something I did not do and no evidence was present other than the lying party that pressed the charge or take a plea for a misdemeanor. Either way it was a lose lose situation for me for something I didn't do but Linda Tomlin didn't care a bit. Just a waste of space in the Criminal Defense field she should've stuck to nursing probably was trash at that too.
