Had to find someone to fix the AC side of our Heat Pump on Memorial Day weekend. Tommy's among others was recommended to us and they are the ones that came to our rescue. Excellent guy that came to do the repairs and even though it was a holiday weekend, didn't try to gouge us in anyway. VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND THIS COMPANY. I will call them again!

I called every HVAC place in town to come and take a look at my non-functioning air conditioner. Some told me they would have to call me back to schedule an appointment. Others told me it would be a week before someone could come out. It's July, in North Carolina. Air Conditioning is essential! Then, on the recommendation of a friend, I called Tommy's. Not only did they say they could get to me, they were out my house and had the problem fixed in less than 3 hours. And their rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them not only to my family but to my friends as well. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and explained to me exactly what the problem was. Thanks to Tommy's Heating and Air, I don't have to sleep in a house that's 84 degrees anymore.
