Jonathan removed and replaced some rotting support beams underneath a small section of our 2nd-floor kitchen which extends out over the back yard. The rotting was so bad that the steel support poll holding up that corner of the kitchen was attached to nothing but splinters. He also replaced, caulked and painted the luan covering over the beams. All for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Jonathan!

Jonathan is an honest and hardworking individual. He repaired a broken outdoor light fixture and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, goes to work immediately to accomplish the job.
