There aren’t enough wonderful things we could say about Ketti and her staff but here it goes. Ketti first met my fiancé and provided her expertise on what he mentioned I was looking for in an engagement ring. They made an appointment for us both to come in to size my finger along with finding out more in detail on what style of setting I wanted. She took the time to explain and educated us both on how diamonds are graded, clarity, brilliance, inclusions etc. From that appointment on she worked with me personally on the setting. What I admired most about Ketti was her professionalism and how she wasn’t afraid to tell me if there was anything that would jeopardize protecting our forever investment. They are a full service jeweler which includes integrity and quality over quantity hands down. She took my vision and made it my reality. To be completely honest when my fiancé proposed and showed me the ring it completely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to Ketti and the Gemsmith team for all your jewelry needs trust me you won’t regret it! The future Mrs. Romano

I went to Gemsmith to have a tie tac from a cherished relative made into a pendant and to rework cocktail ring stones into an everyday band. Ketti was wonderful to work with. She heard me when I said what I wanted, she communicated at every stage, and the pricing was fair and upfront. She made a rendering of how my ring would look before making the band. I highly recommend Gemsmith Toms River.

I came here to have my mother’s old ring rhodium plated. Ketti came outside (this is during quarantine for COVID) and gave me all the information I needed to know before having my ring plated. She was very thorough and you can tell she really knows what she is doing. Ketti also cleaned the ring as well as my engagement/wedding rings. I literally don’t think my rings were that shiny when they were first purchased. Its been a couple weeks and they are still gleaming! I was beyond happy with my experience and I will be returning here for all my jewelry needs from now on. Ketti is nothing short of amazing, she’s so friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!

A few weeks ago we called gemsmith and asked about getting the value of a watch. We were told to come in whenever, no appointment needed, they would give us a price and could buy it from us right then. Today (12/9) my boyfriend went in and the employee was RUDE. She said everyone was busy and she couldn’t help us. She said the watch wasn’t the watch for its case (we specifically said we know nothing of the value or the watch, it was my late grandfathers) and that we needed to google it ourselves then sent us on our way. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
